We offer the quickest way to obtain the device of your choice in the shortest amount of time. It does not matter if it is a personal use Scanner, a small Desktop printer for your small business or a High-speed multi-function device, we will work with you to find the best solution.

HASSLE FREE SERVICE AGREEMENT
Equipment repair & maintenance can be costly and unpredictable. However, with the purchase of an Annual Service Contract you'll know exactly what to budget. If an emergency does occur, response time is critical to your productivity; ‘peace of mind’ is knowing that IBSS is just a phone call away. Annual Service Contract Agreement options range from Parts and Labor only to an All Inclusive plan.

We are committed to providing preventive maintenance on every unit we provide. Through scheduled, pro-active service calls to clean and replace parts, we are able to anticipate potential problems before they occur, thus reducing the number of service visits because of machine faults. This ensures that your machine is in top condition, fully operational and less likely to cause disruption to your business operations.
EXPRESS SERVICE CALL RESPONSE WITHIN 4 HOURS OR LESS
We understand that equipment problems never happen at a convenient time. We pride ourselves in responding to all service calls within four hours (or less). When we receive your service call, we provide fast, responsive service that is hard to beat. Our goal is to minimize your downtime and get your device up and running as soon as possible. ON-SITE SERVICE TO MICRONESIA (Yap, Chuuk, Kosrae, and Pohnpei)
Although we currently do not have on-island office presence in Micronesia, we have many loyal customers that we continue to do business with (despite the distance from our Guam and CNMI offices). We provide our customers in Micronesia sales and service support through scheduled on-site visits or on-demand service whenever they require.
